For some time now, I noticed a trend with WarGaming naming their WoT patches, cutting the "0" from 0.7.0, for example, and suddenly we have update 7.0 instead of 0.7.0.
Why?! Hell knows ... I guess it's marketing (a.k.a. lying in our faces).
This is both true for US and EU portals, but if look at the RU portal, well it's 0.7.x .. hmm, makes you wonder
