Armored Warfare PvE details

PVE, or team mode, provides the chance to take part in large-scale battles with a group of friends! This allows players to improve their combat skills, learn to play in a team and obtain rewards for completing special missions.
This is an independent part of the game and a great alternative to PVP battles. All PVE battles will take place on maps specifically designed for this mode and modelled on real-world locations. Players will face the same challenges and conditions as a tank crew during real military action. The surroundings, military hardware and visual effects will create a powerful effect of presence.
Tank commanders will have to operate in very different surroundings: in deserts and mountains, forests and swamps, towns and deserted steppes, in snow or slush. The surroundings will have an impact on battle tactics: for example, uplands may be occupied by artillery and rocky terrain will slow movement down. The enemy will certainly make the most of any opportunities provided by the terrain.
Each mission will consist of three armed incursions and in each of these the team will operate on a new map. The entire mission will take around 20 minutes. Players can rest between incursions and prepare for a new attack.
If the player's vehicle is destroyed, they will switch to observer mode until the end of that stage of the mission. There is no instant recovery.
Missions will be divided by difficulty levels: easy, regular and difficult. The more difficult the level the higher the reward if it is completed successfully. Player prizes will include experience, reputation and game currency.
Enemy tanks will be operated by developed game intellect that can evaluate situations and act accordingly. If a mission is repeated the player may face entirely different enemy tactics. Where the enemy appears, their hardware classes and models and movement route could change.
In some missions, the squad may face superior enemy forces or even a mini boss - an especially powerful battle unit that it is virtually impossible to destroy alone.
Players may receive different battle tasks, both main tasks, which are critical to the success of the mission, and additional tasks that have an impact on the amount of rewards received. All tasks are divided into types:
  • Attack - seize an enemy position from the enemy within the alloted time.
  • Destroy - destroy a specific target.
  • Escape - cover a distance while under close enemy fire within the alloted time.
  • Defense - hold on to a location or point for an alloted time.
  • Survival - resist an enemy offensive, attacking in waves, for the alloted time.
In team mode there can be teams of a maximum of four players. A group of friends or clan members can gather to complete a mission or you can join a randomly compiled team of fighters.

It is important to play as a team: concerted actions will enable enemy tanks to be dealt with much quicker and lead to speedier task completion. It is necessary to have different classes of hardware in the squad to successfully achieve objectives.
